Hello Loves,

I hope you're all having a great Labor Day so far! I've spent much of the day relaxing and spending time with Eddie. For the past few weeks, I haven't been posting my date night recaps on Sunday's like I generally do, rather on Monday's, which is only set to last for the remainder of the summer.

On Saturday, we went to a seafood restaurant that's our go-to place whenever we want a complete meal comprised of mainly seafood. The reason is because it's fresh and picked daily and for all of you fellow seafood lovers, I'm sure you'd agree that there's nothing better than fresh seafood, because you CAN certainly taste AND see the difference!

For our night out, I wanted to feel as though I were dressed up, yet still exude a sense of casualness, since the restaurant is not too fancy of a place. I opted for this silk like blouse with gold studded details on the collar and sleeves, as well as gold detailed buttons down the blouse. I left it loose instead of tucking it in to give a more causal feel. I paired it with a medium washed skinny jean with a bit of distressed details, to again, further enhance that casual element.

For shoes, I pulled out these tortoise printed shoes which I feel like you haven't seen much of. I love tortoise print, it's very sophisticated and timeless, much like leopard. I decided that my Louis Vuitton Trevoli purse was the best purse to pair with my look, since it has the gold accents, which tie in with the details found in my blouse and shoes. Plus, the shoes have the same tones as the purse, making for a good combination.

What do you think of the look?!
