Hello darlings!
I love the look of a simple yet chic embodiment of black and white in an outfit. It's such a classic and timeless combination that are life savers if you ever run into a stumbling block in finding an outfit to wear. Not only is it a timeless combination, it can also be worn all year long. So, it's essential to have pieces that are either black and white all in one or individual pieces with either of those colors (even though they are technically not considered "colors"). I feel that a white blazer just exudes "confident woman." I say that partially because not too many women sport a white blazer, so when one does, she's sure to turn heads! If you have a white blazer but do not have a white and black skirt or cannot wear skirts in your place of business, this would go perfectly with black pants as well. To amp up the look and to appear as that confident woman you are, make sure the pants you pair the blazer with has a wide pant leg or flare, like the one's in my "Black Pants" post. Play up the jewelry with any color, especially around the neck, which by the way is the most flattering part of ANY AND EVERY woman ;)
As always, have a wonderful and productive day at work!
