Hey Guys!

So for today's look, I decided to wear this Max Studio cardigan I scored at Marshall's a few weeks ago for only 20 bucks! I fell in love with the color and how thick and cozy it felt. Since it was so frigid today, I thought it was the perfect day to wear it. I paired it with black leggings because I wanted to maintain the cozy feeling and denim would have been too stiff to wear with it; I chose the color black to allow for the cardigan to truly pop and be the main focal point of the look, however, I do plan on wearing it with white and grey bottoms in the future. I also chose to add a thin black patent leather waist belt to create an emphasis on my waistline, which would have otherwise be hidden from sight, which I think created a nice focal point.

A cardigan sweater like this would be perfect for all you pear and hourglass shapes, especially all you pears. The reason is because the folding over of the fabric on the bust line adds some dimension and the length is just right, falling below the widest part of the hip area, which has a cut out detailing on the sides of that area by the way, preventing the "elephant ear effect", which translates to extra fabric sticking out around the hips.
