In this week's episode of Jalisa's Fashion Files, we will be styling a pair of Boutique 9 boots that I purchased from Marshall's a few years ago. These are one of my favorite pair of boots that I own. Every time that I wear them, I get stopped and questioned on where I purchased them. I looked on the Nine West website, which is the brand that Boutique 9 is off of and they no longer have them, but I did find the name, so hopefully you can somehow access them if you like them.
