Hello beauties!
As I mentioned yesterday on Facebook, Eddie and I did not have our weekly traditional date night, since we were going to a wedding last night, so we thought it would be a good idea to post some pictures of the outfit I wore.
First, I would like to take this time to congratulate our dear friend Charlene and her new husband, Jason! We hope you guys have many years filled with joyful memories and a love that never fades!
The reception location was absolutely beautiful! We were surrounded by gorgeous gardens and all of what nature has to offer. The location was pretty far from where we live and completely different in surroundings, I mean we saw cows and sheep and miles and miles in between houses! But it was a good change in scenery!
As for my outfit, I wanted to wear something summer appropriate, which is why I opted for this gorgeous and comfortable New York & Company jersey dress. I bought this dress about a year ago and I so regret not purchasing it in black, since it came in three different colors. What I also love about it, is that it does wonders for my figure. You know that I'm a pear shape, which means that I have a small bust line, but since this dress has a knot on the neckline and rushing effects throughout the dress, it gives the appearance of an hourglass frame ;) Also, the waistline sits a bit higher than where it actually is on my body, making my legs appear even more elongated, I mentioned this in my "How To Style A Petite Body: Look Taller" video! I added hot pink accessories for some more pop of color, to enhance the summer night vibe I was going for.
