Hey Guys!

It's been such a long time since we've had a date night in Park Slope, Brooklyn, so we decided it was time yesterday (we intend on dining there for a few more date nights for the remainder of the summer). We also hadn't had Korean cuisine in a while, so we felt it would be perfect to dine at Moim, a Korean bistro we love. Their meat is extremely delicious and well marinated; it literally melts in your mouth!

APPETIZERS: Chicken & steak tacos (I know, it sounds weird to have tacos at a Korean restaurant, but there are sooo good!)

EDDIE'S DISH: Bul-Go-Ki Beef Bi Bim Bop (marinated sirloin)

MY DISH: Bul-Go-Ki (sliced marinated sirloin with shiitake mushroom and vegetables

We ended the night by paying a visit to our favorite dessert spot, The Chocolate Room. We both had our usual picks, but have promised ourselves that the next time, we have to try something new! I read a review by a NY based food critic on their mint chocolate chip ice-cream, which the he coined his favorite dessert in New York, so it must be delicious and somewhat unique in flavor!

EDDIE'S DESSERT: Banana Split

MY DESSERT: Black bottom butterscotch

THE LOOK OF THE NIGHT

For my outfit, I'm sure you recognize it from this week's video, "How to Select the Best Maxi Dresses and Jumpsuits for Your Body Shape." I absolutely love it! It's so comfy, chic, yet simple at the same time (since it's a one piece). In the video, you saw me pair the one piece with pink accents, but to change it up, so it wouldn't look exactly the way it did in the video, I chose to use red accents instead, a classic triad. Did you watch the video yet? If so, what did you think? If not, what are you waiting for :D?!
