Hey Girlies!

This past week was restaurant week in one of the cities around where I live, which ends today. So Eddie and I wanted to take advantage of the promotions for the restaurants participating. The one we decided to go to offered a 25% off discount! The food was absolutely delicious and was 100 times better than the Cuban restaurant we went to about a year ago, in which I had a really bad experience, if you happen to recall.

APPETIZER: Stuffed Yuca

APPETIZER: Tamales

EDDIE'S ENTRÉE: Stuffed lobster, rice and beans, and maduros/sweet plantains)

MY ENTRÉE: Skirt steak with onion, red & green peppers, rice and beans, and maduros/sweet plantains)

THE DESSERT: Guava tres leches

Part of my outfit should look familiar to many of you, if you watched my Valentine's Day Looks video. I changed it up a bit by replacing the leggings with jeans, which made the look more casual, since the restaurant had a very casual setting. Notice how I appear a bit busty? It's because of the cropped or high low effect of the top I'm wearing, plus it has a graphic. This of course balanced out the width of my hips, which cropped or high low tops tend to do for the pear shape.

WHICH DO YOU PREFER, LOOK A OR B?

I wanted to point out my hair to you guys as well. If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter, then you read my tweet, which mentioned how impressed I was with the results I received from some of the Rock Your Hair products I used when styling me hair last night. The products I used this time were for fine hair, which I have, and claimed to provide lift and volume and as you can see, it did exactly what it claimed to do. If you have fine and long hair, like myself, I would highly suggest you try out their products, since it provides a good lift and nice shine, without making the hair look greasy.
